Yes! We will not apply any products to the exterior of your home without you having all of the information about those products ahead of time. We will not apply any products while pets or children are in the area. The area may need some time to dry before anyone should reenter. These products are approved by the EPA and the label will be followed.
What other bugs will the application take care of?
The spider/wasp treatment will kill most other bugs that try to nest on the home.
When will we know you are coming for service?
We will always call one to two days ahead of time. We will work with your schedule if you would prefer to be home while we are performing our service.
What if it rains later in the day? Will your application still work?
All applications are backed by a satisfaction guaranty. If you are not happy with the results we will come back and make it right. Rain doesn't normally impact the application once it is dry for a couple of hours. We typically do not schedule service on days with a rainy forecast or high humidity.
How many applications will I need to get through the summer?
Each spider/wasp application lasts about 10 weeks. Typically customers get on a 3 application schedule for spiders. May - July - September. Those three applications will take care of the spiders, wasps, box elders, asian beetles, and many other pests throughout the entire summer and through the fall.
The ant treatments last about 3 months.
